Sample Policy:

To keep our overheads low and to pass on the cost benefits resulting from this savings to the Customers, we follow certain Sample Policies:

We send all samples of regular products which does not involve development, on FREE OF COST basis (If total sample value is less than 10USD). We request Buyer to bear the cost of courier charges. Once wholesale business starts, we bear all costs of the samples including the courier. Wholesale business means business of 1000USD or more per year. In case of enquiries coming from Internet, we always ask the Buyer to bear the cost of courier charges.

In case you are a new Customer and you need to check our product quality, please give us your INTERNATIONAL COURIER ACCOUNT NUMBER with FedEx / DHL / UPS / TNT or similar courier to send FREE SAMPLES on FREIGHT COLLECT BASIS.

Order Online:

Order Processing:

Because all of our ingredients are natural and we want you to be able to enjoy them as quickly as possible, we aim to process and ship all orders within 3-4 working days. Due to unexpected bursts in order volume there may be very rare delays and you will be notified by email. Rush orders are possible for an additional fee. You will always receive a confirmation via email when your order has shipped.

Payment:

GUTO WORLD accepts VISA and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal, Money Orders, Travelers Checks, Cashiers Checks, and Demand Drafts, payable to GUSTO WORLD, at Bhopal, India; however we will not ship any items until the payment is processed.  Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept cash or CODs for online purchases.

Shipping:

We provide standard shipping via our choice of FedEx / DHL / UPS / TNT or similar couriers . Rush orders are possible at an additional fee.

Shelf Life:

Because our products are natural ingredients, a product's average shelf life is 6 to 12 months from the time you receive your product. It varies somewhat between products depending on the ingredients. We recommend all products be stored in their closed container in a cool, dry, and dark place. Take care to avoid letting water into a product's container.

Returns:

We guarantee your satisfaction with all our natural ingredients. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will be glad to Exchange the item.

Please contact our Customer Care department before returning any merchandise. You may contact us at (91) 0755 - 6455520 or email gustoworld@hotmail.com . When you contact our office, please tell the representative the reason for your return or exchange. Your comments are very important to us and we recognize that they can help us to improve. You will be asked to provide your Order Number from your invoice, and then you will be issued a Return Tracking Number (RTN). Please keep a copy of this number for your records and include it with the item you are returning. The RTN must be enclosed in order to receive an exchange. Returned items should be new and unused, in their original packaging. Items must be received within 30 days of order. Please do not ship items without first contacting us.

For your security, please return your item with a reliable courier and retain your order information. GUSTO WORLD is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Imperfect Merchandise:

We value quality. That is what we always strive to achieve in our products. We understand that circumstances beyond our control will sometimes result in imperfect merchandise. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective shipments.

Please note that all our products are naturally collected or cultivated, just for you. We strive for consistency, but without machines, this cannot always be achieved. But we believe items have a unique charm and we hope you will be consistently satisfied with the products you receive. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact our Customer Care department.

Backorders:

If an item you order is currently out of stock, we will contact you via email.

Animal Testing:

We respect all living creatures and therefore do not test any of our products on animals.
